ROPTIMAX

What is ROPTIMAX?

ROPTIMAX is a design methodology for the Reverse Osmosis process, mostly used for the desalination of seawater for both industrial and urban uses.

ROPTIMAX is based on the use of a modular construction system maximizing production for an average design flux (L/m2/hr).

INPUT data

The ROPTIMAX system is used for both single-stage and double-stage reverse osmosis processes. It also supports the use of several energy recovery devices (ERD) to maximize the energy efficiency of the system.

Before running a ROPTIMAX simulation, we recommend that you have the following information:

  • Project Title
  • Project location
  • Daily Production (m3 / d)
  • Required annual demand (m3 / year)

Optional Proposals. Total Optimum Water Cost study

With ROPTIMAX you can carry out different simulations of your project and request us for a commercial and technical proposal for each of them. Taking into account that projects are normally designed with several racks operating in parallel, we will recommend the study of various options, varying the nominal production for each rack and its utilization factor to study the optimal investment cost for your project.

With the ROPTIMAX methodology, we will assist you in carrying out an exhaustive study of the CAPEX and OPEX of the project that allows obtaining the total optimum water cost.
